What we keep, and what we promise.

Orders, changes and refunds

Orders close Wednesday at 8 pm for the week's collection on Friday and Saturday. Payment is taken at the time of ordering, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through Stripe.

Change or cancel for a full refund until Wednesday 8 pm; after that the baking has started and we cannot refund, though we will always try to help. To change or cancel, reply to your confirmation email or write to hello@petitsdelices.co. A refund goes back to the card you paid with and usually shows within five to ten days.

If something is not right when you open the box, tell us the same day and we will make it right.

Everything is made in a home kitchen under a Class A Cottage Food registration with Alameda County (CFO Permit No. PT0330932). Ingredients and allergens are listed on the carte and on every label. Ask before you order if an allergy is serious: the kitchen handles wheat, eggs, dairy and nuts.

Privacy

This site is a bakery's front door. It sets no advertising cookies, runs no trackers, and serves its type, pictures and scripts itself. Three things come from elsewhere: a spam check on the order and contact forms and a cookie-free count of visits, both from our host, Cloudflare; and, when you type a delivery address, suggestions from Google's Places service, asked through our own server so Google sees the letters you type and not who you are.

When you send an order or an inquiry, what you typed — your name, email, phone if you gave it, the lines of your order and your notes — is emailed to Mouna and a copy is emailed to you. Paid orders are also held by Stripe, our payment processor, under its own privacy policy; we never see your card number. Nothing is sold or shared. We use what you gave us to bake your order and to reach you about it.

We also count, without identifiers, how many people reach each step of ordering in a week, so we know what to bake.

If you join the seasonal list, your email is kept only to send you those batches, a few times a year. Every message has a way to leave.
